Banana cupcake

Tasty banana cupcakes.
Ingredients
for 10 cupcakes
- 100g butter
- 45g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 ripe banana (ca. 100g)
- 150g flour
- 5g baking powder
Steps
- Mash banana with a fork.
- Add butter and sugar and mix.
- Separate yolk from egg white, add yolk to batter and mix again.
- Add flour, baking powder and mix.
- Whisk egg white, add to the batter and mix.
- Put dough into cupcake forms.
- Bake for 18 minutes in 180C.
