Pumpkin hazelnut cupcake

Tasty cupcakes with pumpkin puree and hazelnuts.
Ingredients
for 12 cupcakes
- 100g butter
- 80g brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 10g vanilla sugar
- 120g pumpkin puree
- 120g flour
- 30g grounded hazelnuts
- 5g baking powder
Decoration
- 12 whole hazelnuts
Steps
- Mix butter with brown sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Add pumpkin puree and mix again.
- Add eggs and mix again.
- Add flour, grounded hazelnuts and baking powder and mix.
- Put dough into cupcake forms.
- Decorate with hazelnuts.
- Bake for 18 minutes in 180C.
